Hi everyone! We are Alissa and Mike Stebbins and we are the masterminds behind Seaway Smash. We are family-oriented and want to relay that message within the club as much as we can!
We are going on our 4th year as club directors with improving year after year to make club experiences the best we can!
Our mission is to offer players in St. Lawrence County and surrounding areas an opportunity to play at a competitive level while developing skills, confidence, character, work ethic, friendships, and greater knowledge of the sport of volleyball through great coaching, tournament play, hard work, and team experiences.
We have both been coaching for over 10 years. We have coached at the college, high school and club levels here in NY and GA. We currently coach at Potsdam High School. We are also the 18U and 17U coaches for Seaway Smash! We look forward to meeting you!

Hello, my name is Daycee Bane. I am originally from Tennessee (you’ll notice the accent). I’m a Psycology Major, as a college athlete at Life Pacific University, in San Diego Californa. I’m transfering to continue my academic/athletic career at Suny Canton-Go Roos! I’ve played volleyball since the 6th grade. My main position has always been as a libero/DS. I played and started varsity all four years of HS. I was named All-Tournament Player and First Team-District during HS. I also played for Alliance Airborne Volleyball Club. Last summer I had the honor to represent “America’s Team” and be one of ten selected to go play volleball in Barcelona, Spain. I currently volunteer as an assistant coach for my old HS and JHS teams. I’ve always loved working with kids, teaching, and hard work. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone at Seaway Smash and having a great season
